Jun Jie Lim

Jun is an incoming Specialised Foundation Doctor in medical education at Sheffield. He graduated from Newcastle University Medicine Malaysia (NUMed), having been awarded five academic distinctions and the TM Teoh Prize as the highest-achieving student. 

 

Jun is passionate about academic medicine. As the research lead at NUMed medical education society, he actively promotes students’ research participation by organising a series of national research talks and leading a research mentorship scheme. Jun is the lead research assistant of four funded MedEd projects focusing on technology-enhanced learning, transnational education, active learning, neuroeducation, and peer mentoring. He has presented his projects internationally.
