Rachel will graduate from the University of Liverpool in 2023 with an MBChB and a distinction in MSc Reproductive Science & Women’s Heath from University College London. Throughout medical school Rachel has been passionate about pursing a career in clinical-academic paediatrics and has secured a competitive place on the Specialised Foundation Programme in Cambridge where her focus will be paediatric research.

To date she has been involved in several national and international research projects and audits with a focus on Women’s and Children’s Health. She is passionate about medical education and addressing the barriers affecting women achieving senior positions in academic medicine. Outside of her academic pursuits Rachel secured a national fellowship with the College of Medicine where she is currently working on a variety of projects.
