Sai Ranhita Nallapareddy
Reflections and Correspondence Editor
Sai is a first year Medical student at the University of Oxford. Whilst she is still dabbling into all fields of medicine, biochemical disorders and cancer genetics is of her particular interest. Recognising the humane nature of healthcare, she is excited to dive deep into ethical dilemmas and discussions on how to improve patient satisfaction as a Reflections and Correspondence Editor.
As a firm believer in widening access to medicine for, Sai regularly helps underrepresented students in her area with their medical school applications. She also volunteers for widening access schemes at University, something she finds truly gratifying. She is currently proposing a ‘buddy scheme’ at University to provide tailored guidance for prospective applicants who may not have the advantage of having siblings and/or parents who went through the process themselves.
Beyond University, Sai enjoys going to the gym, cooking with friends and exploring new places in and out of her town.
